During the year of internship the students have the oppritunity to work on a variety of objects that enter the laboratory or on site at a museum laboratory. The basis of paper conservation, treatments, condition reports and treatment reports, photography is covered. Also covered is fiber identification, medias, paper making and art history pretaining to individual art objects. Interns are evaluated on a regular basis and are expected to research a choses topic and present it at the end of the intership.
