definitions and list purpose

I hate to sound like a curmudgeon but the lengthy waffling on art vs craft
seems more relevant to perhaps some other list discussion.  I subscribed to
this list to hear about the book_arts, however defined, and perhaps to
contribute a mite from time to time.  The "definitions" discussion seems to
be marking time waiting for the real stuff.  --pg
