Re: Requests for Book Arts in the USA Catalog

  I see that several postings of requests for the catalog have 
already appeared on the list:

       PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR DESIRE FOR THIS CATALOG HERE!

  1. Your request is not of general interest
  2. I will not transfer requests posted here to my list
  3. Requests must include label informantion in the correct 
form.
  4. Private individuals are most likely ineligible. The USIA's 
mission includes support for domestic educational institutions 
through the Fulbright program. It is this link which I believe 
will enable institutions to be exempted from the prohibition of 
domestic distribution of USIA sponsored materials. There is no 
basis I know of for private US residents to be provided with 
these materials. If anyone is more familiar with the 
legislation involved and believes there are grounds for 
exceptions to this ruling, please post an advisory.
