As an update to this previous post:

The reprint of the LOC publication was by Taurus Bookbindery. Sorry but I
don't know how to contact them. A copy of the reissue was offered for
sale by The Printers Shop in Los Altos, California in their catalog no.
304 for forty dollars. Hope this is of some help.
