I recommend learning traditional marbling, also. Aside from ecological
issues, it gives really superior results, and isn't THAT difficult to learn.
As long as we're "sharing" about our talents, I'll just mention that I give
a two day marbling intensive for $90 here at ARIZONA WORKSHOPS in Bisbee.
You will get all the basic information you need to pursue it on your own...
print-out instructions for setting up your own studio, specific directions
for traditional designs, suppliers of marbling paints and chemicals etc....
the whole 9 yards.

And by the way, I've found the many marblers in the US and Europe that I've
met to be most generous with their information on techniques.=20
