Call for Papers: Incunabula at MAA Toronto '97

Because of the withdrawal of one presenter, an opening has arisen in
the session "The Codicology of the Earliest Printed Books" at the
Medieval Academy meeting in Toronto next April. This is a chance for
incunabulists (uel sim.) to present their work to a mainly
manuscript-oriented audience: by including sessions on printed
books in the Medieval Academy meeting, we hope to foster useful
dialogue between bibliographers and codicologists. Papers (30 min.)
on physical aspects of incunabula and/or methodological issues in
the study of early printed books are particularly welcome.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please email me a.s.a.p.
and I will provide details privately. Feel free to forward this message
to others who might be interested. Thanks.
