Abbey Publications published a guide to papers in May 1994, called North
American Permanent Papers. It lists permanent papers by type of paper,
company name, and name of paper. Many of these are ordinary papers
readily available in office supply places. Abbey Publications also has a
link at Conservation Online (http://palimpsest.stanford.edu) where this
mail list is archived!
