Re: claycoat paper



Greetings,
I must apologize, what I meant to ask regarding clay coat paper was what
the binders of the list use to replace the color clay-coat papers found in
the endsheets of19th century books that are so common in the restoration
repertoire.

What are the binders of this list using to replace such endsheets (clay
coat)? And what is your source i.e. where do you buy them?
