Julie- A good craft or sewing shop will have all sorts of cords, and,
depending on where you live, you can actually find very interesting
shoelaces to stitch with. Anything flexible enough to stitch and tie
will work-raffia, nylon twine, etc.  Round shoelaces are quite nice and
come in a variety of colors at shoe repair supply places. Or Buy
cotton ones and dye them to match. You can cut the plastic ends off and
shred to make tassels when you finish. Go to k-Mart and let your
imagination run wild.
