Re: Summer bookarts workshops

Dear Pat,
Since you spoke up a few days ago re: the Miniature Book Society, I'll ask
you who I might address for a complaint re: the recent Miniature Book
Exhibit in Marco Island, FL. I drove 3 hours from Ft. Lauderdale to Marco
Island to see that exhibit just to find out that it had been pulled out a
few days before. I was there Easter weekend, and it was posted in the GBW
calendar through April 20. The librarians had no explanation. I was SO
disappointed! There is so little in the way of book arts that makes its way
this far south that I was really excited. I accept this as a lesson to not
believe everything you read, but I'm sorry I had to drive such a long way to
be reminded of it!
