Re: "Tipping in"

To protect the etchings I would suggest using fine paper hinges, much
as you would use to "tip in" a piece of art inside a mat.  Use archival
wheat paste, etc., so the art can be removed, if desired, when the
student's bookbinding skills have improved -- or whatever.  Also,
consider a thin acid-free slip sheet, or protective thin, almost
transparent sheet bound in, in front of the etching.
