most cheaply you can get clip lamps, which cost about $7-$10 for the base
and another $10 for the reflector shade (at B&H) and put in blue photoflood
bulbs (which simulate daylight) or regular incandescent (tungsten) bulbs.
I've used these a lot with great results-- it's good to get some material on
the front of the bulb to diffuse the light--just be careful you don't start
a fire.
