Re: MMA gallery talks

Hi Sarah (CBA) and Melissa (DD):

I have an announcement for your newsletters:

Two gallery talks at The Metropolitan Museum of Art:

A book lover's tour through the collections of The Metropolitan Museum of Art,
with over 100 examples illustrating the history of the book from its inception
to the present day. This collection's rich diversity includes Mesopotamian clay
tablets with scholarly and legal texts, medieval European and Islamic bindings,
and 18th century silver and embroidered bindings.
These walking tours of the bookbindings on exhibit in the Museum's galleries
will take appoximately 1 hour. Free with admission to the Museum.

Friday, March 17 at 11:00 am
Wednesday, April 5, 11:00 am

Thanks, Mindy
