Re: Hello - boards - moisture

You can still use mat board scraps from framers for your book covers, a good
way to recycle and save our precious trees (trust a tree hugger from
Asheville!). To avoid the bends, cut one board with grain running
lengthwise, the other with grain running crosswise. When you glue them
together, voila' ! No more bends!
Besides, chipboard is full of acid and will eat itself up, along with the
text, over time.
Best to you,
Susan Lightcap
