A product called "Bio-Max" note on the label" Biodegradable, Non-Toxic,Non
Corrosive,  replaces 1,1,1-Trichloroethane, MEK, Methyl Chloride." This
suggests that the original product might be hazardous to yourself or the
environment. It's identified as an "environmentally safe, Cleaner/Degreaser."
 I got it from a janitorial supply company  for cleaning a press.
Incidentally, it also functions as  a medium to transfer xerox copies. I
think it only works on Canon copiers.
