For shells, beads, buttons, and teeth that can be incorporated into =
closures, try your local Native American powwow. There's often one =
or a few merchants selling these. The powwow "season" (at least =
around the mid-Atlantic) started at the beginning of May and runs =
through the summer.

In light of the Chinese funeral paper discussion, you might want to =
ask about any cultural significance before you buy.
