                AMERICAN PRINTING HISTORY ASSOCIATION
                         NEW ENGLAND CHAPTER


            "After the Flood: A Tour of Printed Treasures"

                 Dept. of Rare Books and Manuscripts
                        Boston Public Library

                        Tuesday, July 11, 2000


APHA New England Chapter members, their guests, and the general public are
invited to attend a special tour, conducted by curator Susan Godlewski, of
the Boston Public Library's Dept. of Rare Books and Manuscripts.  The tour
will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the Dept. entrance, located within the Boston
Public Library's main building at 700 Boylston Street, Copley Square.
Following the tour, an informal dinner is planned at a nearby restaurant.
