Hello Kevin,

I began photographing my own artwork 10 years ago for the same reasons =
that you wish to. Through much insecurity, re purchasing used equipment, =
metering technique, no photographic backround and no access to decent =
course, I found one book to be of a great help:
Photographing Your Artwork, by Russell Hart, ISBN 0-89134-449-7. I find =
used copies for sale frequently, after a while, one no longer needs it. =
It is simple, provides easy-to -follow instructions, and tells you what =
is and is not essential equipment.

I also recommend taking good basic course if possible, but believe me, =
if I can do it, you can do it.

Good Luck!

Jim Ann=20
