The answer is, it's probably not archival.
PVA-polyvinyl acetate comes in all different brands & qualities.
Whether it's archival or not has to do with the quality of the chemicals in
it. For example, concrete glue is PVA. It dries yellow, it's inexpensive and
the quality of the chemicals tend to be less refined. Also true of the
Elmers you get at the dime store.
What you pay for with the PVA you buy that guarantees that it's archival is
an assured quality of the chemicals in it.
