Re: Is Rawhide Vellum?



Jen Lindsay has published and article "A Limp Vellum Binding Sewn on
Alum-tawed Thongs" in "The New Bookbinder", journal of Designer Bookbinders,
vol.11, 1991.
In the same publication, but vol.13, 1993, there is an article on a
non-adhesive limp vellum binding with an alum tawed leather spine.
