There are bench mounted board shears available, and these of course save the
floor space taken up by a free standing board shear; American Graphic Arts,
Inc. http://www.agamachinery.com
sometimes has used bench mounted shears. I'm not crazy for the clamping
system used in these models, but they certainly can be made to work. If what
you are cutting is Davey or similar relatively soft binders board, a mat
cutter (not the freehand models) will enable you to cut board up to .125" in
thickness. Best
