Preliminary Announcement

The spring/summer workshops at Saltwinds Yankee Barn, in Kingston, Massachusetts
will include the following:

April 6-7  Fun  Making  Innovative Folded Books,  - with Marilyn Hatch,
Book Artist  from  Wellesley  College.

April 20-21  Learning  the Arts of Embellishment for More Creative
Surfaces, -   with  multi-media artist  Lilla Ford

May 18-19  Making Those Astounding Wearable Books,  - with  internationally
known Book Artist  Mimi Schaer.

May 20-23  Beginner's Calligraphy for Use in the Arts, -  with Paul Werner
of New York, editor of WOID: the journal of visual language.

June 17-20  Handmade Paper Extravaganza Using Colors That (Z)ing

July 8-11  Making Books: Dimensional, Movable, Symbolic, - with
Mary McCarthy author of Making Books By Hand.

July 22-25  Recreating the Art of Making the Japanese Lantern, - with
master craftsman Anthony Ulinski.
