Papermaking: taught by  Ray Tomasso in his studio
Intro to Papermaking - Flat Sheets, Tuesday, March 5. This class will be
hands-on experience with different pulps. Topics covered include basic
papermaking techniques, sources for and preparation of materials, and the
varied effects you can achieve using different pulps.

Intro to Decorative Papermaking and Cast Paper Sculptures, Thursday, March 7
This class will cover pulp painting, lamination and sculptural applications.
Topics covered include coloring the pulp, application methods, and choosing
the right pulp for your sculpture.

Bookbinding and paper crafts, taught at Paper Pleasures in Denver
Long Stitch Binding, Tuesday, February 26, 6:30 pm taught by Laura Russell
This non-adhesive binding has exposed stitching on the spine which is sewn
into the pages, making it very strong and flexible.

Papier Mache Bowls, Wednesday, February 27, 6:30 pm, taught by Alice Turak
We will use decorative papers to construct stunning dishes and bowls. Messy,
lots of fun.

Leather Journals, Tuesday, March 12, 6:30 pm, taught by Jeff Becker
Learn to assemble a beautiful leather journal using link stitch and long
stitch binding techniques.

Calligraphy
Beginning Calligraphy, the Italic hand taught by Alicia McKim. Four Tuesdays:
April 2, 9,  16, and 23.

Calligraphy with Zig Brush Markers, Thursday, April 25, 6:30 pm, taught by
Alice Turak. Add new freedom and dimension to all types of brush lettering.
