 Stone Eye - An Exhibition of the Midwest Chapter, Guild of Book Workers
  For information about the exhibition, and to order your catalog, see
  <http://palimpsest.stanford.edu/byorg/gbw/mwchap/specialevent2.shtml>

You can find pre-punched business card stock in 8 1/2 x 11" sheets at any
office supply store or off the web. It runs well through any laser or ink
jet printer, and then you can tear it apart into the business cards. It
comes in a variety of colors, laid and linen.

Also, if you have a commercial printer that you use, they can order 8 1/2 x
11" or larger card stock by the ream for you from commercial paper
suppliers/manufacturers. Check with them for the huge variety of commercial
papers available - they will have sample books from the companies.
