I used to draft patterns and specify dies for leathergoods.   Custom dies
are expensive and you probably wouldn't want to consider for short runs.
If you check with printers you may be happy with some die they already have
it stock.  If you find out what local printers have laying around you may
have lots of sizes and shapes you might like incorporating into future work.
