[BKARTS] Chap books

The present-day chap book may refer to any one-signature, 16-32 page book,
inexpensively bound in a soft cover, sewn with a pamphlet stitch or
center-stapled. It is the ideal binding for small books of poetry or short
stories. Well-designed, printed on good paper, it is often the best
solution for work produced in Writing or Desktop Publishing classes where
the final exam is a bound book, the grade given on the design of the text,
not on the binding.
