Re: [BKARTS] GBW CA Workshop Last call

Peggy Skycraft, widely esteemed paper marbler and designer of
decorative papers in 23 styles, will be offering two separate
one-day workshops at Kater-Crafts bindery on February15 and 16,
2003. In ?Surface Magic: New Techniques in Decorative Papers,? we
will learn to make richly colored decorative papers using exotic
surface techniques. We will use a variety of materials, including
resist rubbings, handmade paints with metallic and interference
colors, mica and glitter, all on strong paper suitable for any use.
The second class will be a Beginning Marbling class covering the
basics of marbling papers using watercolor paints. Each class will
be limited to eight participants. First -come first-served.

GBW members-$ 70 + $10 material fee. Non-members* $ 80 + $10
material fee.

Sunday, Feb 16 - Beginning Watercolor Marbling - 10am-5pm

BWB members- $ 70 + $ 10 material fee. Non-members* $ 80 + $ 10
material fee.

Make check payable to Guild of Book Workers. Material Fee will be
paid directly to the instructor on the day of the workshop. Send
