Re: [BKARTS] Toronto

[sorry if you've seen this already, but the previous send attempts seem to
have disappeared into the bit bucket--Peter, is there an automatic
keyword-based spam filter on these submissions?]

You may find on that weekend that everyone of a book arts bent is in
Grimsby for their Wayzgoose (April 26th, 10-5 at the Grimsby Public Art

If you have a car and an entire morning or afternoon available, and avoid
hour, Grimsby is about an hour away (take the QEW highway towards Niagara).

For a little more information on the Wayzgoose festival along with a map to
find the Gallery once you get to Grimsby, see

We will have a display table and papermaking demonstration at the festival.

If you are referring to the Mackenzie Heritage Printery Museum (in
Queenston, ON just across the Niagara river from Lewiston NY, see
http://www.mackenzieprintery.ca/) and Grand Isle (that big island in the
Niagara river between Buffalo and the falls), they are a little further than
"just across the bridge" from each other, and both are about 1.5 hours from
Toronto. Unfortunately the Museum is only open June to October.

But then Grimsby is on the way between Toronto and Queenston!
