[BKARTS] If you find yourself in Minnesota this summer...

Minnesota has more to offer than the Mall of America and a few thousand
lakes. We have book artists too! Minnesota Center for Book Arts is excited
to announce the visits of many well-known book artists to MCBA this summer.

Clare Van Vliet, proprietor of Janus Press, will be teaching Woven and
Interlocking Quilt Pages on May 3 and 4.

Andrew Hoyem, founder and creative spirit of Arion Press, will present a
gallery talk for the opening of the Bruce Rogers Exhibit on June 6. Hoyem
will also offer a lecture on the recent projects of Arion Press on June 7.

Tara Deshpande Tennebaum, a native of India, will offer a class on Kagi (the
ancient art of papermaking in India) on June 28.

Paul Johnson, professional paper artist and author of many books on arts
education, will be teaching a variety of classes during his week visit to
MCBA in July (July 8 - 15).
