There are a number of book arts related lists over at Yahoo in the book
arts category. 64 at last count!!! Most of the very large ones deal with
altered books such as

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/alteredbooks whose membership is about
double that of Book_Arts-L!!!

There is also

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PPLetterpress (on contemporary letterpress
and the photopolymer plate process)

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FinePressBook (Fine Press Book Association)

Elsewhere, by searching around the Yahoo Directory you can find other
letterpress groups, wood engraving groups, groups devoted to
experimental photo work and printmaking, you-name-it. The more
professional of these groups exist to provide more specialized
information on a subject area than can the larger listservs.

Why not join the Book Arts Connection message board! It's California based,
but we invite everyone intersted in books and book arts to c'mon in.
