Once upon a time, when there were only a few sizes of paper and parent sizes
were always used, that eight page form (misnamed signature) was called
"octavo."   In the proper dimensions, it is still called that. Otherwise it is just
called an "eight page" (form or signature). As for the misnomer "signature,"
that's another story.
