Re: [BKARTS] AIC stuff

IF certification does comes to fruition, I would hope the AIC is NOT
the certifying organization.  One would need an outside agency with
less conflict of interest.  It would be like our government
investigating it's own corruption/ Either would be a joke, and would
carry no credibility.  I would also think there would eventually be
another lawsuit against them if they attempted it.
