[BKARTS] CBPA Lecture on Jewish Traditional Papercuts

The Center for Book & Paper Arts is pleased to announce the exclusive
viewing of Only on Paper: Six Centuries of Judaica from the Gross Family

This exhibition of nearly 180 rare works on paper will be traveling from
Jerusalem in its only U.S. stop.

The exhibition will run from Sept. 22 - Dec. 13, 2003.

Joseph and Yehudit Shadur, here from Jerusalem, will lecture on Jewish
papercuts at the Center on Wednesday, September 24, at 6:30 p.m.

Artist and Co-Author of the definitive
Traditional Jewish Papercuts: An Inner World of Art and Symbols

 Yehudit Shadur will also conduct a workshop on traditional papercuts on
Thursday, September 25th, from 6 to 9 p.m.

The lecture is free and open to the public.
