Audobon prints missing from Hobcaw Barony

Georgetown County Sheriff?s Office Investigator Tom Digsby said a
recent appraisal of the stolen original edition prints by John James
Audubon and paintings by Sir Alfred J. Munnings have the following
values. Digsby didn?t have an estimated, appraised value for the
paintings by Louis Aston Knight. Also, Digsby said he didn?t have an
appraisal for the various collectibles, furniture and other items
that were reported missing.
People with information on the location of any of these items are
asked to notify the Georgetown County Sheriff?s Office at (843) 546-

Large, original Audubon prints:

Male Wild Turkey ? $75,000-$95,000
Female Wild Turkey ? $70,000-$80,000
Barred Owl ? $75,000-$80,000
Pintail Duck ? $60,000-$65,000
Mallard Duck ? $75,000-$85,000
Mocking Bird ? $35,000-$40,000
Carolina Parrot ? $75,000-$85,000

That totals $390,000 on the low end to $530,000 on the high end for
the Audubon prints.

Belle on Souriant ? $1 million-plus
Souriant II ? Hundreds of thousands of dollars
Study for Belle on Souriant ? Hundreds of thousands of dollars

Scenes of Georgetown
