Per the FAQ, all commands go in the body, messages get sent to:
listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For those with "normal" email programs, there
are clickable links in the FAQ which will compose and format the message
for you.

It is always handy to keep a copy of the directions in a file thata way all
you have to do is click on the address and then type in the command.
