I've seen some of your brilliant work, Brian, and feel that suggesting
anything concerning type to a guy who works with Dan Carr and Julia
Ferrari is sort of a "coals to Newcastle" situation, but here goes:
Optima certainly offers the variation that you mention. Linotype Optima
Nova, in particular, is to be recommended for its expanded type choices,
particularly in the italic faces. --h
