[BKARTS] State where Events are please

Hi!  I agree with stating where events are in your subject line,
especially in regards to countries too!  However,
just saying a class in NYC is enough for me,,, but if you say a class is
in Surrey, it could be Canada, England
or perhaps the USA! (for example)
