Re: [BKARTS] [OT] Prison erases writing workshop files after inmate wins $25,000 PEN award

Governor John G. Rowland appointed Theresa C. Lantz as
the sixth Commissioner of the Connecticut Department
of Correction on March 17, 2003.

You can contact the Governor

Office of the Governor
State Capitol
210 Capitol Avenue
Hartford, Connecticut
06106

Telephone: (800) 406-1527
E-Mail: Governor.Rowland@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The Governor's got his hands full already with that
impeachment scandal going on. Wally Lamb is sort of a
force to be reckoned with, Connecticut's own
Oprah-Winfrey-author-super-nice-guy-hero.

"The Department of Correction shall ... provide safe,
secure, and humane supervision of offenders with
opportunities that support successful community
reintegration."
