[BKARTS] Question about Hollander's


Of course, Hollander's in Ann Arbour takes its name from Tom and Cindy
Hollander the owners of the store.

At a guess, I should think that the hollander pulp beater got its name from
the inventor, (another) Mr. Hollander  :-)  But I am sure that there are
some paper people on this list who could confirm or deny this fact!
