JC,

$1.00 per cut is cheap. Binder's board dulls a sharp knife real quick. The
printer was still doing you a real favor. It doesn't take much cutting of board
to make the knife too dull to do paper. He will pay upwards of $45.00 to get
that knife sharpened. If your board put a nick in the knife edge it will take
several years off the life of the blade, because so much will have to be ground
off to get it smooth again. Ouch!  No offense, but if the truth were known,
he's probably glad to see you go, even at $1.00 per cut.
