I have a book called the Family Game on my website at:

there is also a game/book called For Rent by Jen Thomas in the Stand
and Deliver exhibit. In the catalog of the show it is pictured closed
but it opens out into a board game which can be played. The website for
the exhibit is:
Probably Ed Hutchins, the curator of the exhibit could help you or put
you in touch with the artist, who I believe is in Chicago.

1 or 2 years ago the Minnesota Center for Book Arts had an exhibit of
aritsts' books which referenced or were toys and games. The website for
