Re: [BKARTS] sodium borohydride, too!


Sodium borohydride has a reputation, some parts good and some
parts not so good.

On some papers it can create/release air bubbles from within the
paper, and this is not good.

As you are in Philadelphia you should contact someone at the Conservation
Center for Art: (215/545-0613) or Franklin Shores, a paper conservator
in private practice: (215/923-4929) to learn more about the cautions
to be observed when using this chemical.
