J. J., Jill,

It helps to moisten the crease with methylcellulose or other sizing before
ironing. I spray a little fabric sizing (any brand carried by your local
grocery store will do) into a small container and paint it on the crease
with a small brush. If the whole page is creased or wrinkled, I spray the
whole page lightly. It restores body to the page.
