i can point you in the direction of a good thumbnailing program.  i use it
on my site, with minimal change in the layout that it comes set up with,
and i love it.

i've also recently started to use Dreamweaver, which has been a nice tool.
i'd still recommend learning at least a bit about html code though, it
just makes things so much easier, especially when you really want that
underline to go across the page instead of breaking at the <table> line.
