The Florida Center for the Book

are pleased to announce the winner of the $2,000 annual Florida
Artists' Book Prize:

["This book is meant to invite the viewer into a tactile exploration of
a gender issue". - Artist's statement. - Materials: child proof diaper
pins, diapers, acrylic paint, panties -- #1 of an edition of two.]

The award ceremony and exhibition, co-sponsored by the Fontaneda
Society (Books Collectors' Club of South Florida, will be held in the
Bienes Center on Thursday, March 17, 2005, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
