[BKARTS] Call for Entries: Letter Arts Annual Review 2005

Entries must be received by April 15, 2005



    This is a call for traditional and nontraditional lettering,
calligraphy, type design, letter carving, graphic design, book art and
fine art which employs hand lettering or calligraphic marks as a major
element. Works created since January 1, 2002, are eligible (except those
previously published in Letter Arts Review). All works selected will be
published in Review 2005. Gift certificates to John Neal Bookseller
Catalog will be awarded to the First ($250), Second ($150) and Third
($100) Prize Winners.

     DEADLINE: Entries must arrive by April 15, 2005 to: Rose Folsom,

     ENTRY FORM must accompany each entry. Complete call for entries

    If the piece is selected, be prepared to have it re-photographed if
necessary, by a professional art photographer to provide the best image
for reproduction. We will e-mail you when we have received your entry.
Notification of acceptance will be made by May 30, 2005. Each selected
entrant will receive a complimentary copy of Review 2005.

     FEES: Single Entry Multiple openings of a book or detail shots are
considered one entry. $15US, $22.50CAN, £10 Quantity Discount Four or
more entries produced and submitted in one package by a single artist
$10US each, $15CAN each, £6.75 each US, Canadian, British entries must
be accompanied by check or money order payable to John Neal. Entries
from other countries may be paid by MasterCard or VISA. No additional
fees are required.
