Re: [BKARTS] BOOK_ARTS-L Digest - 28 Mar 2005 to 29 Mar 2005 (#2005-88)

Another book is Islamic Bookbindings in the Victoria and Albert Museum, by
Duncan Haldane, The World of Islam Festival Trust in association with The
Victoria and Albert Mueum, 1983. This covers the above collection of Arab,
Persian, Turkish and Indian Bookbindings.

Hello,

There is a lovely recent book called Turkish Bookbinding in the 15th
Century by Julian Raby, 1993 with beautiful illustrations and very good
technical descriptions of the bindings.
