[BKARTS] Mirror-like papers
Julie and Chuck-
There's a reflective, metallic, cover stock weight paper (20 x 30) which I've just purchased for a similar use. I noted that it came in the following colors: cobalt blue, red, gold, gunmetal and mirror. The major problem of course is scratching, which can easily occur when it rubs against another surface. I'm considering placing tissue between the inside covers and pages.
The papers I found were at Dick Blick's Art Supplies in Santa Monica California. Certainly, it is available at art stores everywhere.
Cheers,
Alice

Subject: A mirror in a book
I want to put a mirror in a book I am making. I bought a regular 1/8
inch thick one to put on the inside back cover (8 1/2 x 11 1/2
inches) but now I think it will be too heavy for the book structure.
Does anyone know of anything else I can use? Something thinner but
not too distorted looking like some of those paper thin kinds.
Thanks
Julie
