You may want to connect with a bindery that does this for newspaper
publishers on a regular basis. If you visit your local paper's offices, they
will probably let you inspect an example of their bound copies as well. I
recently saw an example bound by the bindery in Walla Walla, WA and they
seem to be pretty sturdy. Their email address is
