Florence Foster Jenkins could happily live in her ignorance as long as  she 
rented the halls and gave away the tickets to the sniggering concert-goers.  
When, however, she rented Carnegie Hall and sold the tickets she was game for  
the reviewers who then happily felt obligated to skewer her and her 
questionable  talent. There is a moral here, I am sure.
